Object Compensation Payment method Cancellation of the trip Changes in the itinerary Services and supplies not included in the agreed price Responsibility Object GoBolivia, individual company owned by EDUARDO UNZUETA LANDIVAR, I.D. Nº 3755020 CBBA., a legally established company, dedicated to receptive tourism, with NIT Nº 3755020011, is committed to render its services in favour of THE CONTRACTING PARTY, services that include the following: Hotel in La Paz with breakfast included according to itinerary. UIAGM Specialized Guide. Cook. Complete feeding during the expedition. Support personnel (porters, muleteer and mules/llamas). Personal and service (kitchen and dining room) tents. Transport during the expedition. Airport – hotel – airport transfer. Accommodation in villages during the expedition. Farewell dinner, you choose the place. Drinks during the expedition, except for alcoholic drinks. Common gear such as tents, heaters, kitchen utensils, first ad kit, radios, altimeter, etc. Compensation For the services rendered by GoBolivia, THE CONTRACTING PARTY, is committed and undertaken to pay as only and non modifiable price, the agreed sum in $us. (American Dollars). Payment method The payment of the agreed price as compensation should be carried out by THE CONTRACTING PARTY in the following way: THE CONTRACTING PARTY should pay, at least, the amount equivalent to 10% (ten percent) from the total agreed in the foregoing clause, in a deposit through WESTERN UNION in favour of EDUARDO UNZUETA, or bank transfer to the account of EDUARDO UNZUETA LANDIVAR at BISA Bank of Bolivia, respectively. GoBolivia will meet the remittance expenses associated to that payment. The remaining amount should be paid in Bolivia, in cash, before carrying out the hired tour. Cancellation of the trip In the event that THE CONTRACTING PARTY decided to cancel the reservation made until ten (10) days before the travel date, GoBolivia will reimburse the sum paid, deducting the remittance expenses associated to the reception and forwarding of money, if necessary. If the cancellation of the reservation would be made within a period of less than ten (10) days of the travel date, GoBolivia will not reimburse any sum of money. Changes in the itinerary If THE CONTRACTING PARTY decided to make changes or modifications in the reserved and agreed itinerary, the agreed price in the clause of Compensation, might undergo some modifications according to the increase of travel expenses. If THE CONTRACTING PARTY decided to make changes, modifications or cancellations in the agreed itinerary, GoBolivia will not reimburse any sum of money as all the supplies and services are completely paid once initiated the trip. Services and supplies not included in the agreed price Both parties agree on that GoBolivia will not render the following services, same that are not included in the price: Personal equipment (mats, sleeping bags, thermos, etc.). Round trip airplane tickets. Food non mentioned in the itinerary. Drinks apart from the expedition and alcoholic drinks. Tips (Guide, porters, muleteers, etc.). Transport on days off. Passport and Bolivian visa (current passport, visa: please contact the Bolivian Consulate if necessary). Personal services (laundry, etc.). Expenses incurred in the event of rescue operations. Non planned additional expenses during the expedition, such as additional mules, etc. Life, accident and theft insurances and international medical insurance (essential). Responsibility GoBolivia will not be liable for any responsibility inherent to the contracted trips, such as accidents, deterioration of health and other damages that THE CONTRACTING PARTY may suffer. THE CONTRACTING PARTY, voluntarily and in full awareness of the risks implicated in the contracted journeys, takes on the responsibility. |
